1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ActiveSales website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ActiveSales provides digital marketing management services, specifically Google Ads and Bing Ads management for the heavy equipment rental industry. We reserve the right to modify strategies based on platform best practices.
3. Payments & Fees
Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not require long-term contracts. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of ad campaigns.
4. Limitation of Liability
ActiveSales is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. While we optimize for performance, we cannot guarantee specific rental numbers as market demand fluctuates.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as defined in your specific service agreement. Upon termination, you retain full ownership of your Google/Bing Ads account data.
